RFA Talk > Lots of weight to lose

Hi all,

I have been overweight all of my life. Went on a 12-step-meeting in 2016 and lost approx. 75 pounds, but it was very strikt and the food plan so little that I felt constantly hungry. I now found the Kay Sheppard food plan and want to start but I am afraid that it will take very long to lose the remaining 75 pounds. Anyone who lost that amount on the food plan? Really need some encouragement.

Hi Delphyne,
I lost 110 pounds on this food plan. I've struggled with relapse, so am not there now, but it really does work. I'm not the only one who has lost a large amount of weight either. While it's important not to focus on weight loss, it does happen. Glad you're here!
