RFA Talk > One Day at a Time

When I was in the disease, I ate every addictive food that I could find and buy. I did not think that it was going to be possible for me to live without those addictive foods. The crazy thing was I believed that I would die if i did not have them. When in reality, I was killing myself by ingesting them or should I say inhaling them. I also did not honestly believe that I could be happy without them or with them. I am very glad that I was very wrong. I am free of cravings and obsessions. I am shrinking in sizes and growing up emotionally and spiritually at the same time. What a win-win situation! I have hope and a freedom that I did not think was possible for me. For this and everything, I am extremely grateful to God and the program.
